March 24, 2009 Pre Draft Association Meeting Minutes
Concession Stand will be operated by PCABA Team Volunteers. The PCABA will not have hired help this year to run the Concession Stand. Jonathan Webb will update the Concession Stand Calendar once all the teams have been set.
If you team is short players for a game you can pickup a player but the player must come from the lower division. EX. 8u must pickup players from the Tee Ball division.
MWBL has added 2 towns to their Association. Westgate - Softball only. London will be Baseball only - all division except 8u.
The new Kaiser Field fence will be up before April 1st.
Team Practice Schedules will be determined after the draft for each Division.
Tee Ball Coaches will have a group player distribution at the Sharon Mennonite Church on Saturday May 28, 2009 @ 4:00 PM
The Jonathan Alder High School Baseball Coach will hold a Coaching Clinic for all coaches sometime during the 1st week in April.
The Batter and Pitcher must wear a helmet equipped with a mask in the 8u Boys Baseball division.
The PCABA officers were elected last night.
