The PCABA Baseball, Softball, and T-Ball season is quickly approaching. PCABA offers Baseball, Softball, T-Ball, Volleyball, Basketball, Recreational Cheer, Competition Cheer, Flag Football and Tackle Football which serves over 800 kids in our community. In addition, our Baseball, Softball, and Football teams as well as our Cheer Squads, play in other communities such as Fairbanks, West Jefferson, London, Triad, Mechanicsburg, and other central Ohio communities, providing a great deal of exposure beyond Plain City.
While each sport is different, PCABA is dependent on securing sponsorships so that we can continue to provide high quality youth sports opportunities, keep registration fees to a minimum, provide upgraded equipment as well as continue to make improvements to our facilities. As a sponsor, we encourage engagement with PCABA and the sport or team you are sponsoring. As an example, some sponsors have had special offers to their sponsored team or all PCABA teams.
PCABA is now a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which was approved over the summer of 2020. This means that donations to PCABA are tax write off for your business. Over the years, we have made numerous improvements to the ball fields at Pastime Park and have additional improvements on tap for this year that will continue to enhance the playing field and the appearance of the facilities. In addition to the scheduled improvements, we also see the need to update equipment to better protect the children with improved safety gear.
Based on the approval of the 501(c)(3) approval, we have reevaluated our sponsorship opportunities. All sponsorship donations include website, social media mentions, and interactions. Our social media reach continues to grow year over year as well as our client base.
For the season the sponsorship levels are listed below:
Gold Sponsor - $1000
- Special recognition on the PCABA Website and through social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
This level provides year-round sponsorship, provides the greatest exposure for your company and truly shows your commitment and support of the community's youth.
Silver Sponsor - $500
- Business name on uniforms that will be seen at Plain City Pastime Park and other surrounding ball fields.
- Company banners displayed at the park with your business name/logo.
- Commemorative team plaque/photograph to proudly display in your business.
Bronze Sponsor - $250
- Business name on uniforms that will be seen at Plain City Pastime Park and other surrounding ball fields.
- Commemorative team plaque/photograph to proudly display in your business.
Note: All banners are purchased by PCABA using sponsor supplied artwork and the banner is retained by PCABA for future use.
